hNectin4/MC-38
| I. Background | |
Nectin 细胞粘附分子 4 (Nectin4)，是一种 I 型跨膜糖蛋白，属于 Ig 超家族蛋白中的Nectin 家族。除 Nectin-4 外，还有其他三种 Nectin：Nectin-1、Nectin-2 和 Nectin-3。所有Nectin 都具有相同的结构，由三个细胞外免疫球蛋白样结构域（两个免疫球蛋白样 (Ig-like)C2 型结构域和一个 Ig-like V 型结构域）、一个跨膜区和一个胞内结构域组成。可溶形式的Nectin-4 蛋白是由金属蛋白酶 ADAM17/TACE 在细胞表面进行蛋白水解裂解而产生的。 Nectin4 在多种肿瘤细胞中过表达，也能促进肿瘤细胞的生长和增殖。高表达 Nectin4的实体肿瘤包括膀胱癌、胰腺癌、三阴性乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌、胃癌、食道癌、卵巢癌等多种癌症。 | |
