I. Background
淋巴素β受体（LTBR），又称肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员 3 （TNFRSF3），参与细胞凋亡和细胞因子释放的细胞表面受体。LTBR 是一种Ⅰ 型单跨膜蛋白，是肿瘤坏死因子受体（TNFR）家族的成员，在次级淋巴器官的发育中发挥着关键作用。LTBR 由多种免疫细胞表达，包括淋巴组织基质细胞、骨髓细胞、单核细胞、肺泡巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、DC 和大多数免疫细胞；而在 T 细胞、B 细胞和 NK 细胞中不表达。 LTBR 有两种不同的天然配体，LTα1β2 和 LIGHT （TNFSF14）。LTα1β2 不与除 LTBR 之外的任何其他分子结合；而 LIGHT 还与 HVEM 结合。
