PGLYRP1 Target Cell

I. Background
肽聚糖识别蛋白 1（Peptidoglycan Recognition Protein 1），也被称为 TAG7、PGRP-S，在昆虫和哺乳动物体内所发现的一种先天性免疫激活蛋白，可介导抗菌作用和先天免疫反应。PGLYRP1 蛋白在免疫细胞中高度表达，如中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞，并与多种炎症有关，包括类风湿性关节炎、气道炎症，冠状动脉疾病或者哮喘口腔炎症和癌症。

II. Description
PGLYRP1 Target Cell 作为 TREM1 Effector Reporter Cell 的靶细胞，很好的模拟了体内 TREM1 的信号转导过程，原理见下图所示。 Figure 1.PGLYRP1 Target Cell 模型原理图

III. Introduction
Expressed gene:	PGLYRP1
Stability:	32 passages (in-house test, that not means the cell line will be instable beyond the passages we tested.)
Freeze Medium:	90% FBS+10% DMSO
Culture Medium:	F12K+10%FBS+600 μg/ml Hygromycin B
Mycoplasma Testing:	Negative
Storage:	Liquid nitrogen
