I. Background
CD19（Cluster of Differentiation 19）是一种跨膜糖蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员，主要表达于 B 淋巴细胞谱系细胞表面，包括前 B 细胞、成熟 B 细胞及大多数 B 细胞恶性肿瘤细胞。其功能是作为 B 细胞受体（BCR）复合物的共受体，参与 B 细胞活化、增殖和分化信号的传导。CD19 作为 B 细胞恶性肿瘤的核心靶点，推动了 CAR-T 等精准治疗的发展，显著改善了患者预后。
