CLDNs 是上皮细胞紧密连接的主要成分。CLDN6 是紧密连接家族（CLDNs）的一 员，是一个四次跨膜蛋白，具有较短的胞质 N 端和 C 端胞质结构域、两个胞外结构域（较 大的 ECL1 和较小的 ECL2）和一个短的胞内环。CLDN6 可参与乳腺癌、胃癌、肝细胞癌 等多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展。CLDN6 具有重要的生物学功能，其异常表达与丙型肝炎感染 有关。 | |||
