| I. Background | |
| IL-3（白细胞介素-3）是一种由活化 T 细胞、NK 细胞、肥大细胞等产生的多效性造血 生长因子，核心功能是促进多谱系造血祖细胞存活、增殖与分化，尤其调控嗜碱性粒细胞、 肥大细胞、巨噬细胞等髓系/淋系细胞发育，同时参与炎症、过敏及肿瘤免疫微环境重塑。 IL3R（CD123/CD131）基因编码的受体是白细胞介素-3（IL-3）的关键受体，由α（CD123） 和β（CD131）两个亚基组成，属于细胞因子受体超家族。α亚基（CD123）特异性结合 IL- 3，决定受体特异性，而β亚基（CD131，又称共同β链）与 IL-5、GM-CSF 受体共享，形成 异二聚体或寡聚体以传递信号。该受体通过激活 JAK-STAT、PI3K-Akt 和 Ras-MAPK 等通 路，调控造血细胞的增殖、分化及存活，在早期造血调控中起核心作用，促进髓系、红系 等多系祖细胞的集落形成。 | |
