I. Background
受体激酶在正常细胞功能中的作用至关重要，人类有58 种已知的受体激酶，该家族最重要的成员之一是c-KIT。c-KIT 也称为CD117，是一种由KIT 基因编码的III 型受体激酶。它以干细胞生长因子（SCF）为配体，因此被称为干细胞生长因子受体（SCFR）。c-Kit 的信号转导通过其配体SCF 蛋白的结合而被激活，通过自磷酸化引起 c-Kit 二聚化和激活，并启动磷酸化级联反应，从而调节细胞生长。c-Kit 磷酸化可触发多种信号转导通路，包括JAK/STAT、RAS/MAP 激酶通路、PI3 激酶、PLCγ通路和SRC 通路。 SCF/c-KIT 信号转导通路的激活通常与细胞增殖、迁移和存活有关，从而调节造血、色素沉着和精子发生的关键功能。

II. Description
