| I. Background | |
| TIE2（激酶受体）主要表达于血管内皮细胞表面的受体，胞外区含免疫球蛋白 域 （ 结 合 ANG ） 、 EGF 样 域 （ 介 导 二 聚 化 ） ； 胞内区含激酶活性位点 （Y1100/Y1108）。被配体激活后通过 PI3K/AKT 和 MAPK 通路调控内皮细胞存活、迁移 及血管屏障功能。在病理状态下（如脓毒症、肿瘤），TIE2 信号异常导致血管渗漏或异常 增生。 | |
