| I. Background | |
IgE由两条重链（ε链）和两条轻链组成，Fc段含高亲和力受体（FcεRI）结合位点，半衰期仅2-3天（IgG为21天）。作为免疫系统的“哨兵"，IgE既可结合寄生虫表面抗原，激活嗜酸性粒细胞释放毒性颗粒（如主要碱性蛋白），通过ADCC（抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒性）清除寄生虫（如血吸虫、钩虫）；也能因过度反应引发致命过敏；IgE还可靶向肿瘤抗原（如HER2），激活巨噬细胞ADCC效应；并且最近有研究指出，脑膜肥大细胞通过IgE-MRGPRX2可加剧阿尔茨海默病病理。 | |
