I. Background
HLA-G基因是一个功能性的非经典I类HLA分子，具有经典样HLA抗原结构，位于染色体6p21.3的MHC区，然而与经典HLA-I类分子相比，HLA-G具有更少的多态性和更有限的组织分布。β2-微球蛋白（B2M）是细胞膜上组织相容性复合体（MHC，一组编码人类白细胞表面抗原HLA基因群的通称）轻链结构的组成部分，在正常细胞新陈代谢过程中与MHC分离后释放入血。β2-微球蛋白（B2M）分布于几乎所有有核细胞（尤其在淋巴细胞和单核细胞存在丰富）和生物体液，包括血清、尿液和（关节）滑液。
