| I. Background | |
| 白细胞免疫球蛋白样受体 B (LILRB)家族成员是髓细胞活化的负调节因子。LILRBs 属 于 I 型跨膜糖蛋白，为免疫抑制性受体，目前已知的 LILRBs 包括 LILRB1、LILRB2、 LILRB3、LILRB4、LILRB5。 LILRB2（也被称作 ILT4）包含四个胞外 Ig 结构域、一个跨膜结构域和三个 ITIM 基序， LILRB2 主要由髓系细胞表达，并作为 MDSCs 的主要抑制性受体。LILRB2 主要在嗜碱性 粒细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞、DC 和造血干细胞中表达。LILRB2 也表达于内皮细胞、蜕 膜巨噬细胞，破骨细胞和神经细胞。 LILRB2 的配体包括Ⅰ类蛋白 CD1c 和 CD1d、血管生成素样蛋白、Nogo 受体配体和β- 淀粉样蛋白。结合之后，LILRB2 通过 ITIM 基序与 SHP-1 磷酸酶的关联来转导负信号。 | |
