| I. Background | |
CCR3 基因（C-C 趋化因子受体 3 基因）是编码一类 G 蛋白偶联受体的关键基因，其 编码的 CCR3 蛋白在免疫调节与炎症反应中发挥核心作用。该受体主要表达于嗜酸性粒细 胞、嗜碱性粒细胞及 Th2 淋巴细胞表面，能够特异性结合 Eotaxin（CCL11）、Eotaxin-3 （CCL26）等 CC 类趋化因子，形成信号传导通路。当趋化因子与 CCR3 结合时，会激活 G 蛋白偶联的级联反应，引发胞内钙离子流动，促使细胞沿化学浓度梯度定向迁移至炎症 部位。 | |
