IGF1R Effector Reporter Cell(Suspension)

I. Background
IGF1R 基因位于人类染色体 15q25-26 区域，编码胰岛素样生长因子 1 受体（IGF-1R），这是一种跨膜激酶受体，由α和β两个亚基组成，在细胞增殖、分化、存活及代谢调节中起核心作用。IGF-1R 蛋白前体经糖基化修饰后裂解为 706 个氨基酸的细胞外α亚基和 626 个氨基酸的跨膜β亚基。其通过结合 IGF-1 和 IGF-2 配体激活，触发 PI3K/AKT/mTOR 和 Ras/Raf/MEK/MAPK 信号通路，调控细胞增殖、存活、分化、运动及血管生成。 IGF-1R 已成为癌症和 TED（甲状腺眼病）的重要靶点，抗体药物（如 Teprotumumab）和小分子抑制剂（如 Linsitinib）通过阻断受体激活或配体结合，抑制肿瘤生长和炎症。此外，IGF-1R 在疼痛调节中的作用也逐渐受到关注，可能成为新型止痛药物的开发方向。

II. Description
