I. Background
白细胞介素 10（IL-10 ）相关细胞因子家族包括 IL-10、IL-19、IL-20、IL-22、IL-24、 IL-26、IL-28A/B 和 IL-29 等几个成员，它们也属于 2α类螺旋细胞因子。IL-19、IL-20、IL- 22、IL-24 和 IL-26 也属于 IL-20 亚家族。IL-20 亚家族是皮肤炎症的核心驱动者（尤以银屑病为典型），同时参与 Th2 疾病（哮喘、AD）及肿瘤微环境调控。有四种异二聚体受体作为 IL-20 家族细胞因子的功能受体，IL-24 信号通过两种不同的异源二聚体受体转导。一种 IL-24 受体是 I 型 IL-20 受体（IL-20R），由 IL-20RA 和 IL- 20RB 组成，该受体共享 IL-19 和 IL-20 作为配体。IL-24 和 IL-20 也可以通过 IL-20RB 和 IL-22 受体亚基（IL-22RA1）组成的 II 型 IL-20R 转导额外的信号。IL-22 和 IL-26 的受体分别由 IL-22RA1 和 IL-20RA 组成，并且这两种受体共享 IL-10RB。I 型和 II 型 IL-20 受体均在非免疫细胞上表达，如角化细胞和支气管上皮细胞，但在免疫细胞上不表达。因此，人们认为 IL-24 不能激活免疫细胞。
