| TRPC5（Transient Receptor Potential Canonical 5）是 TRP 通道家族中经典型亚家族的 一员，本质上是一种钙离子通透性的非选择性阳离子通道。它的核心工作原理围绕其作为 细胞信号转导“效应器"的角色展开：TRPC5 定位于细胞膜上，通过允许钠离子和钙离子 等阳离子跨膜流动，将细胞外的化学信号（如激素、神经递质）转化为细胞内的电信号和 钙信号变化，从而调控神经元兴奋性、代谢平衡和肾脏滤过等多种生理过程。其功能异常与肥胖、疼痛感知异常、情绪障碍及进行性肾病密切相关，因此成为当前药物研发的热门 靶点。 | |||
