粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是一种多功能的造血生长因子和免疫调节剂,最初因发现其能刺激骨髓祖细胞增殖分化为粒细胞和巨噬细胞而得名。它可由多种细胞类型产生,包括活化的 T 细胞、巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞等,通常在感染、炎症或组织损伤等应激状态下被大量分泌。GM-CSF 不仅参与维持造血稳态,更是连接先天性免疫和适应性免疫的关键桥梁,在炎症反应、自身免疫疾病(如类风湿性关节炎)和组织修复中发挥核心作用。 | |
