| 肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）是一种分子量为 26 kDa 的跨膜蛋白，其前肽在 TNF-α-转换 酶（TACE）裂解时以可溶性 17 kDa 分子的形式分泌。虽然活化的巨噬细胞是 TNF-α的主 要来源，但它也可以由多种其他细胞产生，如成纤维细胞、星形胶质细胞、平滑肌细胞、 角化细胞和多种肿瘤细胞，包括 B 细胞淋巴瘤、乳腺癌和结肠癌。 TNF-α作为肿瘤促进因子，参与肿瘤发生的所有步骤，包括肿瘤的转化、增殖、血管 生成、侵袭和转移。TNF α信号传导也是免疫系统的重要组成部分，可抑制肿瘤发生，阻 止病毒复制，是一种内源性热原，可诱导发烧和细胞凋亡。 | |
