RARα Reporter Cell

I. Background
RARα（Retinoic Acid Receptor Alpha，受体α）是核受体超家族成员，其结构包含高度保守的 DNA 结合域（DBD，含锌指模体）和配体结合域（LBD，含配体依赖性转录激活区 AF-2），以异源二聚体形式（与 RXR 结合）特异性识别靶基因启动子上的反应元件（RARE）；当内源性配体全反式（ATRA）结合 LBD 后，触发构象变化，释放共抑制复合物（如 N-CoR/SMRT），招募共激活因子（如 CBP/p300），进而调控胚胎发育（神经嵴分化、肢体形成）、细胞增殖/分化（如骨髓造血干细胞定向）及凋亡等关键通路。

II. Description
RARα Reporter Cell 报告基因细胞，在由调控因子调控并表达报告基因的重组细胞上，稳定表达人 RARα。Retinoic acid 是 RAR 核受体的天然激动剂，原理见下图所示。 Figure 1. RARα Reporter Cell 细胞原理示意图
