| I. Background | |
| DLL3 基因别名 SCDO1，其编码的蛋白 DLL3 是一种跨膜蛋白，是 Notch 受体配体 Delta/Serrate/lag2（DSL）组的成员，在胚层的分离中，影响着体细胞边界的形成。DLL3 基因突变会导致严重的体节发生异常和脊椎肋骨发育不全。DLL3 是一种高度肿瘤选择性的细胞表面靶点，在正常肺癌组织及癌旁组织中不表达。DLL3 在多种肿瘤中表达上调，在小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌、垂体瘤、急性髓系白血病中有促癌作用，但在肝癌、神经胶质瘤和恶性胶质瘤中却发挥了抑癌作用。 | |
